THE PROCESS

  1. CHOOSE - Decide which install option, Mini or Custom Confetë, best suits your budget  

  2. EMAIL - Fill out the appropriate form for Mini Confetë or Custom Confetë and share as many details of your event as you can, including any inspiration photos. We will follow up within 24 hours to gather any other details and confirm details you/we need to know. 

  3. ON-SITE MEETING - For Custom Confetë Installs Only:  After general scope is defined and if appropriate, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting where we can talk through the best options for an art installation. 

  4. PROPOSAL - 
    Custom Confetë - 
    A $200 non-refundable deposit will be sent to you to start the design process. Once that is made a proposal with a sketch and custom quote will be sent.

    Mini Confetë - 
    No sketch is provided however we will send you a proposal with the level you chose along with the balloon colors for approval. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. CONTRACT & INVOICE: After the design is approved, the contract and invoice will be sent.

  5. INSTALL - Final step is to sit back and relax and wait for the event.  Then we party!

 

FUN FACTS 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COORDINATE AN EVENT INSTALL?
We need at least 7 business days to pull off your event. If you contact us between 3-7 days before your event, there will be an expedited fee.

DO YOU ONLY DO EVENT INSTALLS IN WASHINGTON?
We love traveling and will definitely do it for a party. However, if the location is out of the City of Seattle, there will be an additional travel fee. Feel free to contact us to learn more!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE EVENT IS OVER AND THE INSTALL NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN?
We do offer breakdown for an additional fee, however, 95% of the time our client will breakdown the install. It’s very easy and we will provide some direction on how to do it. It should take an easy 20 minutes or less to strike.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TYPE OF EVENT INSTALL TO DO?
Dream clients let us do our thing. Trust us and we will deliver on color and aesthetic.

HOW LONG WILL THE INSTALL LAST?
We only use top quality USA made biodegradable latex balloons. Indoors installs can last up to 4 weeks. Outdoor installations are all dependent on weather conditions but can last up to 3-5 days.

WHAT ALL GOES INTO CREATING AN INSTALL?
Depending on the install it can take anywhere from 2-13 hours for setup. It all depends on the size. 90% of the time we blow up balloons on site and need a designated area to work our magic.

HOW MUCH HELIUM DO YOU USE IN AN INSTALL?
NONE! Our installs are all blown up with air. We do use helium on occasion depending on installation requirements and design layout.
