A play on the classic chocolate and vanilla duo, our Vanilla Bean Cocoa Nib caramel popcorn is made with both an extract and paste made from fair trade vanilla beans.

Hand scraped vanilla beans paired with premium Callebaut cocoa nibs slowly caramelized in our copper kettles to add a sweet compliment to the creamy vanilla flavor. We work with a single vanilla purveyor for fair trade sourced beans that are consistently aromatic.
