Orders take around 3-8 days to be delivered via standard shipping. West coast 3-5 Days, Mid U.S. 4-6 Days, and East Coast 5-8 Days. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking link.
Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Our warehouse does not ship on MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and annually 12/24-1/1.
Orders shipped out Friday via Overnight are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery and will likely be delivered Monday.
Who likes paying for shipping? No one which is why we decided to offer free domestic standard shipping on all orders over $75 to make it easier to gift and party!
Free standard shipping applies to single orders. So, if you’re placing an order with multiple addresses, free shipping only applies on a per address basis.
Hey we have all been there, don’t stress! We provide expedited shipping options via UPS at checkout. Orders placed by noon ship the same day and orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day.
We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we’re at the mercy of our carriers to deliver our orders as promised. If a delay happens on UPS’s part, it is out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs at this time. We are always here to help so if you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
We will do our best to contact our carriers to see where your packages are at. If it shows your package delivery was unsuccessful this is typically due to a wrong address. If a package is missing we will do our best to track it down however beyond that there is not much we can do. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier and we can do the same on our end.
If the wrong address was accidentally entered during checkout we will happily ship the box back out. Standard shipping rates apply.

Yep! Please use our Multiple Shipping Address Checkout to send gifts to different addresses. For large orders (25+ gifts) shipping to multiple locations, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to report an incorrect shipping address. We'll do our best to reroute the box if it hasn’t been delivered. Additional fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We only offer returns/exchanges through the market within 15 days of shipment of the product. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging without any damage. All returns are subject to an $8 return fee. Please note, refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
With the exception of Custom Boxes, Curated Gifts and Build a Box can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Purchase your favorite items without the gift.
Gift + Party Boxes will arrive in our branded box mailer topped with a note to the recipient.
Orders placed on the marketplace will arrive in basic ecomm packaging to include box or bubble mailer depending on order size.
We do offer products such as chocolates, candles and sweet treats that can melt when too hot. Please note that including items in gift boxes that are subject to melting is at your own risk. While we do our best Confetë cannot guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery, and we are unable to issue refunds as a result of melting.

We reserve the right to make last-minute substitutions if we are out of stock on an item. We will make every effort to contact you to approve the substitution ahead of time, but if we don’t hear from you, we will make an appropriate item swap in the interest of getting your gift out the door in a timely manner.
Oh no! If your gift arrived with one or more damaged items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send a replacement ASAP. Please note that for limited quantity items or items that are out of stock, we’ll work with you to send a replacement of equal value.

First of all, your party is going to look awesome with the products we provide in our boxes. So, your first step has been completed! Additionally, we offer style guides in all of our party boxes which provide tips and tricks on how to style your products with recommendations from our design team.
Honestly, it was by accident! We offer DIY balloon kits in our party boxes to add a little extra umph to people’s parties, but then people began to ask us if we would come out and install it for them and our balloon industry blew up (pun intended).
