Shipping & Returns
Once we receive your order, party boxes are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. There may be times when items are temporarily out-of-stock and/or backordered. We will notify you of any delays within 2 days of placing your order.
Please note that Confetë Party Box is not responsible for shipping time. Shipping times are provided by the carrier and will vary by destination, shipping method, size & weight of the package.
We do offer Overnight & Express delivery, but orders must be placed by 10am PST. Overnight orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Confetë Party Box takes pride in the quality of our product. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please return your complete Confetë Party Box within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Boxes must be returned in full, individual items will not be accepted. All individual items in the box must be unopened and in their original packaging to be accepted for a refund
As long as everything is unopened and in its original packaging you are free to return your order as long as it is within 30 days of your date of purchase. We will refund all of your items with no hassle, but the client is responsible for their shipping costs.

If any items in your party box were damaged in transit, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours once received and we will take care of everything!
CUSTOM ORDERS & SALE ITEMS:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom-order boxes, balloon garlands or final-sale boxes.
